Celery is related to parsley, and the leaves have a similar flavour. It requires full sun like most vegetables, plus well-drained soil
and benefits from regular watering. Celery can grow in most climates, including all climate zones in Australia. Best planted after the last frosts of winter
as it prefers a bit of warmth. They don't like being disturbed after planitng, so are best sown direct.
